[Game Management] Future of the Game

  • Ankündigung_teaser.jpg

    Dear community,

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for staying with us, even though we had a rough start.

Of course, your feedback on the past weeks did not go unheard and we have taken it seriously.

Behind the scenes, there have been some invisible changes to internal structures lately. Of course, we do not want to bore you with details here, so let’s start with the interesting things.

Unfortunately, we have to inform you that Efraka has left the team and there is currently no French Community Manager. However, we will not stop the French version and you can continue to write tickets in French. If you have a French request, please contact Ildruin or Catarix with your French text. However, you will only receive English answers.

Fortunately, there are also uplifting news!

We want to let you know that we are actively changing the ingame shop. This means that prices are being adjusted and that the assortment is also being optimized.

Furthermore, we want to give you the opportunity to earn some shop items by simply playing (see: Dragon Insignia Shop). We will also bring back the Ruby Shop, which should already be known among Dragon's Prophet players. This will give you the opportunity to get back a percentage of your Diamond spend as a separate currency and spend it in an extra store.

You will also see the return of Apartments. In addition to plots, you can also rent your own apartment to have your own tiny home. There will also be a pleasant surprise for old players.

The current gold costs will also be revised. In normal play, there is currently too little gold, e.g. doing a dungeon, so you often make losses if you want to maintain your equipment.

General "interface" costs are also planned to change. This includes all expenses that are made via the user interface: "My Bank" (and similar), Dragon Shard Sockets, Kindred Compass etc..

A much-asked-for question, which we also want to answer directly in this context, is when it goes on with the next zone.

We are currently awaiting the completion of our test environment so that we can test patches. Since we already have a fix for the drop rates of Soul Gaze, we are waiting to be able to test this fix and then go live with it.

The next zone will come as soon as this patch can be deployed. Please be patient with us for a bit longer.

Next week you can look forward to the Moonlight Festival, which brings the rare Oriental Dragons into the game. Obviously, an event FAQ will follow.

In conclusion, your feedback has reached us and we are actively working on changes that will bring you a fair free-to-play experience. We appreciate your feedback over the past weeks and would like to offer you an additional, centralized opportunity.
